Terms of Service (Caméla Professional)

Welcome to Caméla Professional (“Caméla,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and store (the “Services”) to provide information, content, features, tools, and products to you (“you” or “customer”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables the Services.
By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your state or province to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree that any information you provide (including payment and shipping details) is accurate and current.
2. Products & Availability
We strive to display products accurately; however, colors and appearance can vary by device. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Orders are accepted once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation. Please verify your order carefully; cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
All sales are final. See our Return Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.
Purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Billing
Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at checkout and listed in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount due and agree to keep your billing information current.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@camelapro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents (including trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, and design) are owned by Caméla or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party websites. These are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices.
8. Relationship with Shopify
Caméla’s store is powered by Shopify. Your purchases are with Caméla, not Shopify. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Caméla and release Shopify from claims arising from those transactions.
9. User Feedback & Reviews
If you submit reviews, ideas, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Caméla a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that Feedback. You represent you have rights to your Feedback and that it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activities; to interfere with security or operation; to send spam; to scrape; or to attempt to circumvent technical measures.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as required by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caméla and our officers, employees, agents, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits may not apply to you.
